Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of any personalised service request by the customers can be honored only till 24 hrs from the time when the order was placed, given the services has not been delivered.
In case of valid cancellation, 25% of the original booking amount will be deducted as cancellation charges and 75% will be refunded back to the customers via the original mode of payment.
In case of Live Event booking, there will be no cancellation and no refund will be provided for the same. However, if the event is cancelled, full refund will be given to the customers.
In case the customers subscribe to any Membership Plans or purchase any digital content, there will be no cancellation and Customers will not be eligible for any refund. However, they can cancel the auto-renewal anytime.
Refund Policy
A 75% refund will be issued if Creators/Influencers/Sellers are unable to provide the requested personalized services, but only if the customer requests the refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Service delivery may be influenced by various factors, so there is no guarantee of fulfillment. InstaHive reserves the right to cancel a service request and provide a refund of up to 75% to the customer.
Please note that no refunds will be given if the request is made after 24 hours from the time the order was placed.
Refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.

No Return Policy
As our Creators sell only Digital Content and Services, we have a no-return policy. It means once a customer has purchased a Video, Photo or any form of digital document, it cannot be returned or asked a refund for.
